The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 10-FEB-23 and may be available for retender. A Framework for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services.

The Framework for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services will be split into two Lots as follows:
– Lot 1 – Domiciliary Care for Continuing Healthcare Patients; and
– Lot 2 – Complex Continuing Healthcare Packages at Home Service.
The Services will support adults (aged 18 and over) assessed as eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and registered with a Leeds GP, or resident within the boundaries of the 3 Leeds Clinical Commissioning Groups.
