Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking tenders for the provision of a Microbiology Managed Service Contract on behalf of itself and University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust
The exercise covers the following lots:
– Managed Service Provider,
– Urine Analysis,
– Mycobacteria,
– Blood Culture,
– Antimicrobial Sensitivity Testing,
– Enteric Screening,
– Pre Analytics,
– Analytics,
– Culture Media,
– Identification,
– General Consumables,
– Sexually Transmitted Pathogen Detection,
– Serology.
Suppliers may bid for some or all lots
Lots may be awarded to one or more supplier where appropriate
The Trusts reserves the right to novate further microbiology spend into the managed service during the contract period
The resulting contract will be open to any other NHS Organisation forming part of the empath pathology network.
