Work underway on Plymouth waterfront scheme
Work has started on a development of waterfront apartments overlooking Plymouth’s historic harbour and marina.Harbour Arch Quay will sit on Sutton Harbour and comprise 14 two and three-bed apartments, including two penthouses.Alongside the ground floor entry, there will also be space for a commercial unit.The development is considered to be a “pivotal step forward” in the regeneration of the area and is being led by Sutton Harbour Group.Further schemes are set to follow, such as the much larger £60m Sugar Quay complex.
