Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council are requesting tenders for the provision of an integrated Finance, HR and Payroll Software and Maintenance Service. The contract duration will be for 5 years, with a possible extension of up to 10 years in annual (or multiyear) increments, at the Authorities discretion. Based on responses to soft market test conducted via the Prior Information Notice issued on 14.6.2017, ref 2017/S 113-227665, the contract value is estimated to be below 15 000 000 GBP over the total length of the contract (including any extensions), based on the current user profile. A value of 22 500 000 GBP overall was inserted into the OJEU notice to reflect potential increases in users throughout the entire fifteen year term as a result of EMSS providing HR, payroll and finance services to other bodies as part of this contract.
