Bovis Homes buys Cheltenham land
Bovis Homes has bought land bordering the A38 near Cheltenham.The housebuilder has secured outline planning consent to build 57 private and 38 affordable properties.Part of the Vistry Group, it will invest more than £1.6m in local infrastructure and wildlife under its planning agreement.Detailed plans showing the layout, house types and open spaces will soon be submitted to Tewkesbury Borough Council for approval.
