New homes for former Boddingtons brewery in Manchester clear planning
Work on the former Boddingtons brewery site is expected to start in July this year and complete in August 2025.Manchester city council has given permission for a 461-home scheme to go ahead on an open air carpark that was originally the site of Boddingtons brewery.Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, is planning to start work on the brownfield site this July having purchased the 1.3 acre plot last summer.
