Green light for conversion of offices to performing arts centre
Plans have been approved for a prominent office building in Cardiff to be used as a performing arts training centre.Acting on behalf of University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), Savills has secured permission for a change of use at Hayward House North on Dumfries Place.The site will be used as a new centre for UWTSD.According to a report by planning officers, the development is acceptable and in line with planning policies.About 50 jobs will be created by the facility when it opens.
