Mixed-use scheme on the way following land sale
Almost ten acres of land in a Nottinghamshire village has been sold for housing and a new food store.The development site, which extends to approximately 9.8 acres off Eakring Road in Bilsthorpe, has been purchased by Keepmoat Homes.The developer plans to build 103 residential properties on the site.The land was marketed by Savills’ Nottingham-based development team on behalf of Harworth Group.As part of the sale and the outline planning consent, Savills secured a small, on-site retail unit, which was purchased by Lincolnshire Co-op and will be completed as part of the mixed-use project.Housing completions are anticipated to fall in August 2024, while Lincolnshire Co-op aims to open its store in early 2023.
