Residential And Retail Development Approved In Glengormley
Plans for new residential units and retail space have been approved for the centre of Glengormley.This £9 million project will see 63 apartments and a new retail unit constructed at the car wash and Ferbro buildings site.This new development will help to address the high demand for housing in the area and bring more residents and shoppers to the town, as well as creating 100 construction jobs and four full time jobs in retail.Planning approval from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council comes on the back of the announcement of £10 million investment in Glengormley over the next three years.
