Housing association to build on vacant city centre siteClarion has been given approval to build more than 1,400 homes on a vacant brownfield site in Leeds.The housing association giant got the green light yesterday for the development at a plot formerly occupied by Yorkshire Chemicals works and a First Bus depot in the city centre.
