Green light for Redrow homes
Redrow is extending its plans for new homes in Lancashire after receiving planning consent for a new site.The new phase will form an extension to the homebuilder’s development The Grange at Yew Tree Park, on Liverpool Road South, Burscough. The 12.5-acre parcel of land will include 169 new homes, 59 of which will be affordable housing. Approved plans include a mix of one to five-bedroom designs. Open green space, new wildlife habitats, walks and scenic views are included in the plans for the scheme.. As part of the planning agreement, Redrow will be making contributions to community infrastructure of more than £2m. Work on the new project is due to begin in summer this year with plans for homes to go on the market in spring/summer 2023.
