The current contract for Repair and maintenance services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 02-JUN-23 and may be available for retender. Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Services Framework 2018-2023.
Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Services Framework 2018-2023.
This Procurement will set up a pseudo framework agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Support Services in Gloucestershire.
The Framework is divided into six specialists themed Lots as follows:
– Lot 1: Core Service: Support for Victims,
– Lot 2: Provision of Places of Safety,
– Lot 3: Addressing Perpetrator Behavior,
– Lot 4: Young People,
– Lot 5: Early Identification and Workforce Development,
– Lot 6: Stalking.
The Services required under this procurement fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements.
The Council will follow its own modified version of the Framework process described under Regulation 33. This modified process includes the length of the framework and the ability to reopen the tender to ensure coverage of service areas.
The Council intends to reopen the framework on an annual basis for Lots 2-6, providers should ensure they read ITT for full details.
