Hertfordshire County Council (the Council) is currently out to procurement for the provision of a Residential Home for Children and Young People Ages 11-18 with Autism, and/or Learning Disabilities with Challenging Behavior. The procurement will follow Light Touch regime principles in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
