The Service is split to 2 lots: Lot 1 is for the provision of an advocacy hub, including the delivery of statutory and non-statutory advocacy for all vulnerable residents of Knowsley; and any person directed under statutory legislation where KMBC is the designated local authority. Lot 2 is for the provision of statutory children’s advocacy for children and young people resident to Knowsley.
