This Contract relates to the provision of extra care at Callendar Court and Angel Court.
The aim of the Provider is to enable Service Users receiving homesupport to remain in the environment of theirchoice for as long as possible and to enable them to lead a good quality of life. The Provider should aim tomaximise the Service User’s independence, enable them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
