Plans in for Liskeard homes
Plans for a 202-home scheme in Liskeard have been submitted.Emery Planning has prepared the application on behalf of Wainhomes, with the proposals concerning a plot on Tencreek Farm.It would comprise a mix of apartments, as well as terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. Of this total, 52 would be affordable.”The scheme has been designed to provide continuity with the consented outline scheme, and creates a landscape led development which responds to the site’s location,” said a design and access statement submitted to Cornwall Council.”The development demonstrates a positive relationship with the surrounding landscape and existing settlement, with strong connections to the surrounding areas, which promote the use of sustainable modes of transport, including a bus route loop through the scheme.”A decision on the plans could be made later this year.
