The CISM project have already invested an initial GBP152,030 in purchasing the E-Beam/Thermal Evaporation System with the order placed with Moorfield in March 2022 and is currently under construction (so the order cannot be cancelled) with no further allocation of funding to purchase a second system from scratch.
