United Kingdom-Twickenham: Health and social work services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 16-AUG-23 and may be available for retender. Learning Disabilities Accommodation Based Care Services (Phase 1).
The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames is inviting suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of care and support in supported living and residential care accommodation for Learning Disabilities in the borough. The tender is in line with the Council’s Learning Disability Strategy 2014-17 (available at www.richmond.gov.uk) and is part of developing services that have a person centred partnership approach to individuals with learning disabilities. This is Phase 1 of a 3-year commissioning programme for Learning Disability Services.
This tender (for Phase 1) is in 3 lots consisting of 8 supported living properties (including new properties) and 4 residential care properties, with a mixture of in house services and externally provided services. The contract is for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
