The business is run by Managing Director Shaun Giltrap who leads a team of Staff, Surveyors and Installers covering Staffordshire and Cheshire. The business has seen significant growth over recent years, in both Commercial and Domestic areas, resulting in expansion to meet market demand in Renewable Energy. Our aim is to source a bespoke CRM system to support current staff, allow us to increase turnover, and in turn continue to employ local people to push the business forward.
Requirements of the Brief
A one stop system to process email and telephone enquiries, tracking the customer journey from the initial enquiry to installation.
We have many processes to achieve from enquiry, survey, providing a quotation, ordering stock, booking installation, compliance checks, billing, and ultimately creating a handover package for each customer.
Many of these processes are sourced from various sites, PaperClip, Easy PV, Excel.
We now require an all in one bespoke CRM solution to bring these processes together under one system. Thus enabling us to be more efficient and carry out more installations to meet the demands of the enquiries that are increasing weekly.
