Elivia Homes acquires Haslemere site
Elivia Homes is bringing forward a 50-strong scheme in Haslemere following the acquisition of a site.Located off Scotland Lane, the development will comprise energy-efficient properties set among green space.Detailed permission is already in place.The homes have been designed by ADAM Architecture to reflect the character of the area. All properties will feature an air-source heat pump, insulation and an EV charging point.Chris Chiles, chief executive of Elivia Homes, said: “We are delighted to have acquired the first phase at Scotland Park for what will be a flagship development for Elivia Homes.”We will be developing the site in line with the current planning permission, building homes that are highly efficient, incorporate green energy solutions and encourage low carbon travel.”We plan to break ground in the spring and will ensure an open and regular dialogue with local residents and the wider community as work progresses.”A spokesperson for Redwood (South West) Ltd, which sold the site, added: “We are delighted to have Elivia Homes on board as we share the same values and belief in building for the future.”Elivia Homes has exacting standards and tremendous expertise in traditional building techniques which are important attributes for realising this exemplar scheme.”
