Pipeline Framework: Built Environment Professional Services
A pipeline has been launched for Built Environment Professional Services.The contract start Date is 1 June 2023. Approach to market date is 21 November 2022.Cornwall Council will shortly be commencing a procurement process to appoint a single consultant to be accountable and responsible for the delivery of capital projects for the Council from RIBA 0 to RIBA 7.The service will include the provision of project and cost management, design, procurement, on-site supervision services and other related services.A briefing session will be held at 2pm on Tuesday 1st November at New County Hall in Cornwall to discuss the opportunity in greater detail, to register an interest in attending please contact Stuart Hinde.The Council are aiming to publish a draft of the specification and other key contract documents ahead of the meeting for comment.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
