A railway operator requires tunnel environmental control system, lifts and escalators for 3 new extension projects.
The Contractor will be required to:
design based on the specifications provided by the Corporation
coordinate with other electrical and mechanical systems contractors and civil contractors, including interface design, programme and access
All works at or in connection to existing railway line are to be carried out during Non-Traffic Hour to maintain normal train operation.

TECS for the new elevated station at Tuen Mun Area 16
TECS for the new underground station at Kwu Tung built in existing East Rail Line (EAL)
Upgrade of TECS at existing EAL under an Option to be exercised
Lifts:
Lifts for the new elevated station at Tuen Mun Area 16
Lifts for the new elevated station at Tuen Mun South
Lift for the new running maintenance building at Pat Heung Depot
Lifts for the new underground station at Kwu Tung built in existing EAL
Lifts for the new elevated station at Hung Shui Kiu built in existing Tuen Ma Line (TML) under an Option to be exercised
Escalators:
Escalators for the new elevated station at Tuen Mun Area 16
Escalators for the new elevated station at Tuen Mun South
Escalators for the new underground station at Kwu Tung built in existing EAL
Escalators for the new elevated station at Hung Shui Kiu built in existing TML under an Option to be exercised
