This contract relates to the provision of proprietary equipment and associated maintenance relative to NGN’s odorant injection system. The original contract was awarded in 2012 for ongoing maintenance support. Following the initial term various extensions have been put in place by way of contract variations along with subsequent purchase of additional proprietary equipment used to replace equipment which due to age is no longer serviceable. The total contract value is now above threshold and as such this notice is being issued.
