Hundreds of homes on the agenda of Gloucester site
Almost 440 homes could be brought forward in Gloucester if an application for the latest phase of a wider scheme is backed.Outline permission was approved in March 2016 for a mixed-use development at Perrybrook, North Brockworth.The approval was for up to 1,500 homes, community facilities, shops, employment space, health facilities, and formal and informal public open space.Subsequent applications for certain phases have since been backed, with the latest – for phases four and six – set to go before Tewkesbury Borough Council on 21 February.Phase four would comprise 226 homes, with a further 209 lined up for phase six. Both would comprise properties for affordable rent and intermediate housing.The application is set to go before Tewkesbury Borough Council on 21 February, with a recommendation for approval.
