South East firm lines up multimillion-pound HQ investment

A South East legal firm is making a multimillion-pound investment which will see it expand its headquarters to a 30,000 sq ft office at Farnborough Aerospace Centre in May 2023.Herrington Carmichael is looking to create a new environment that will include client workspaces, a learning and development centre, an entrepreneurial business hub, new technology, and space for enhanced collaboration through having most of its teams in one central office.The firm is also continuing to recruit, with its trainee programme set to double over 2023/24. It has also increased the number of business services apprenticeships it offers.Herrington Carmichael has “ambitious plans to be a firm of the future that develops more than just lawyers”, with the new head office part of that.
