A pipeline has been launched for Window Cleaning Oppportunity.The contract start Date is 1 June 2023. Approach to market date is 27 March 2023.PLEASE NOTE THIS AN OPPORTUNITY NOTICE.Rooftop Housing is responsible for the window cleaning in circa 50 different blocks predominantly made up of general needs blocks but also including a variety of types of supported housing schemes which have staff on site. The sites are located across Worcestershire & Gloucestershire.This contract is primarily for the cleaning of exterior windows; however, a number of locations will also require internal window cleaning. Additionally, the service provider will also be required to complete a clean / clearance once per annum of all guttering to every applicable building.The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option of an extension.
