Pipeline Framework: Meadowcroft Pavilion

A pipeline has been launched for Meadowcroft Pavilion.The contract start Date is 1 September 2023. Approach to market date is 1 June 2023.Meadowcroft Pavilion is currently made up of 2 changing room areas with communal showers, 1 referee changing room, A small kitchen type area, 3 toilets and 2 urinals. There are currently 2 large steps to enter into the building which access can be granted from each side of the pavilion.We would like to upgrade the current facilities including toilets, urinals, showers, benches, sinks, white rock and convert a storage room to become changing rooms 3.You can arrange a visit to view the site by emailing Chris.Matthews@strattonstmargaret.gov.ukThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
