Details: Re-roofing and alterations to existing roof of the NLS Cowgate extension. Alterations to include forming new RWP, extending existing paving slab finish and providing new stair.Details: Change of use from office to apartment hotel unit, new exhaust vents.Details: Southside Housing Association is procuring Multi-Lot Contracts which shall deliver Responsive Repairs Maintenance Services during Normal Working Hours throughout Glasgow. The procurement aims to establish individual Contract’s for;Responsive Repairs services undertaken during daytime hours are currently delivered by City Building LLP to Southside Housing Association as part of a single Service Provider Contract that encompasses Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works, Out of Hours Call Handling and Out of Hours Emergency Works as part of a single Contract. The structure of the existing contract delivered by City Building LLP is changing from a single Service Provider contract to six separate Lots of Responsive Repairs contracts, four separate Lots of Void Property Works contracts and a single contract for Out of Hours Call Handling and Out of Hours Emergency Repairs works. This ITT and procurement relates to procurement of six separate Lots contracts for Responsive Repairs Maintenance Services during daytime hours. The multi-Lot contracts for Void Property Works and single contract for Out of Hours Call Handling and Out of Hours Emergency Repairs are being undertaken as separate procurements to this opportunityDetails: Replace the lintels throughout the original school building, removing the windows already fitted and reinstalling, the manufacture and supply/fit of remaining windows. Where windows have been boarded or bricked over, the windows are to be removed and the openings bricked up. The method of achieving the works will be by external propping to reduce the risk of disturbing the asbestos in the floors and solum. It is intended that the Main Contractor should use a specialist sub-contractor for the temporary works/external propping, and for the supply of the windows and lintels. Joiner and M&E works for enabling/remedial work which may be carried out by the main contractor or a sub contractor.
