II.1.4) Short Description: Campus Food and Drink wish to appoint a Contractor to fulfil its requirements for the Supply and Delivery of Light Catering Equipment to the Great Hall and Riddel Hall in Queen’s University Belfast. The products supplied must be of the agreed specification and quality as outlined in QUB/2412/23– Appendix 1 – Tender Response (Price).The successful Economic Operator will aspire and align to the ambition of Campus Food and Drink through the quality of product and a level of service provided to Queen’s and through an online portal and quality of product to match existing stock, which can be developed as the partnership grows.The appointed Economic Operator will also facilitate the ad hoc requirements for variety of locations within Queen’s Campus.It should be noted that whilst the subsequent contract will mainly be used by Campus Food and Drink, the contract may be used by other Queen’s Schools and Directorates who have similar requirements throughout the year.
