Reserved matters approval lined up for Aberdare scheme
A reserved matters application for a residential scheme on a three-acre site in Aberdare looks set to move forward.The application concerns relatively flat land off the B4275 in the town.It proposed to construct a residential development providing 22 houses. Three of these will meet the 10 per cent affordable housing requirement set out in the section 106 agreement associated with the outline planning permission.The reserved matters application covers details of layout, scale and appearance of the buildings, access and landscaping.Approval has been recommended, with a meeting of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s planning and development committee taking place on Thursday (8 June).
