Justification:**This is a re-run of a tender which was conducted earlier this year but needed to be aborted prior to Contract Award due to a technical glitch which prevented the original notice from being posted to Find A Tender. The previous notice was available to whole of market on Contracts Finder so all suppliers have had the ability to engage with this opportunity. In the interest of pure compliance, an new procurement exercise is being conducted for the same contract. Due to the limited timeframe before the existing contracts expire and the cost implication of default energy rates, as well as the comfort that a whole of market notification was previously issued on Contracts Finder, an accelerated procedure is being deployed.
