Construction of new flexible, fully-fitted workspaces commences at 200 Broomielaw in GlasgowAM Alpha, owner of landmark Glasgow city centre office development 200 Broomielaw, has announced it has commenced creation of new flexible, fully-fitted workspaces on the ground floor.The spaces, which range in size from 1,005 sq ft to 1,675 sq ft, will transform the ground floor and will be able to accommodate businesses of 16-30 people upon completion in Q4 2023.Featuring high quality finishes and contemporary design throughout, including air conditioning and an abundance of natural light with waterfront views of the River Clyde, the flexible and efficient spaces come fully-fitted with stylish and modern furniture and smart, fully-enabled tech solutions, allowing businesses to simply plug-in and instantly commence work.
