Plans in for Plymouth scheme
Plans for a residential development in Plymouth have been submitted.The application has been brought forward by LiveWest, a housing association formed through the merger of Knightstone Housing and DCH.It provides homes for affordable rent and shared ownership sale.The plans propose the demolition of an existing affordable housing estate within the established neighbourhood of Morice Town.Proposed is bringing them down and replacing them with a 33-strong scheme.This would comprise 14 one-bedroom apartments, four two-bedroom apartments, ten two-bedroom homes and five three-bedroom homes.The application is with Plymouth City Council.
