Lovell Partnerships starts work on Liverpool residential scheme
Lovell Partnerships has commenced work on an affordable residential development in Liverpool.The regeneration housebuilder is bringing forward 88 two, three and four-bed homes for affordable rent, rent to buy and shared ownership on Stonedale Crescent in Croxteth.The scheme is its first with Cobalt Housing, and is in one of Liverpool City Council’s mayoral priority development zones.Full design and planning work has been completed on the project, with grant funding funding secured through the Homes England Affordable Homes Programme (AHP) and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s Brownfield Land Fund.Tahreen Shad, regional partnerships director at Lovell, said: “Our regeneration expertise and local knowledge, having worked in Merseyside for the last 20 years, has enabled us to successfully guide Cobalt Housing through its first steps into a mixed tenure energy efficient scheme.
