Approach to market date is 13 November 2023.A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Project – Structural Pre-Cast Concrete – Piped Culverts and HeadwallsThe A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Project (NTP) Enterprise Partners (Kier, Balfour Beatty & Keltbray) are looking to engage a pre-cast concrete manufacturer(s) to supply small structural pre-cast concrete components for the project (piped culverts and alike).Scope of Works:The manufacturer will work with the A66 NTP Enterprise to deliver structural pre-cast concrete inline with National Highways’ objectives (Assurance of Supply, Quality, Regulatory, Ethical & Environmental, Service and Innovation).Supplier Selection Methods:We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
