Plans in for Derbyshire village housing scheme
Plans have been lodged for the development of more than 50 homes in a Derbyshire village.Stonebond Properties has brought forward proposals to build 54 properties on land off Hartshorne Road, Woodville.The site forms a single parcel of irregular land extending to approximately 4.8 acres.The scheme comprises a mix of two- to four-bed units, with a “policy-compliant” affordable housing provision.A statement filed with South Derbyshire District Council on behalf of the applicant said: “The proposal forms an opportunity to deliver a high-quality environment which accords with local and national planning policy and guidance.”
