Pipeline Framework: Audit of Masts & Contracts ALL YORK SITES
A pipeline has been launched for Audit of Masts & Contracts ALL YORK SITES.The contract start Date is 1 April 2024. Approach to market date is 5 January 2024.York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management invites expressions of interest from qualified suppliers for the performance of an audit of all York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital sites. The objective is to review the masts mounted to the buildings and associated contracts to ensure the organisation is receiving appropriate funds from the companies per mast per site. Subsequently, the organisation aims to explore opportunities for renegotiating existing contracts to optimise revenue. The scope of work involves auditing the masts on every main site, including Scarborough, York, Malton, Bridlington, and Easingwold. The selected supplier will be responsible for conducting the audit, preparing a comprehensive report, and providing actionable recommendations to improve revenue. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Wigginton Road, York YO318HE.
