Direct award under HEPCW ITS6004HW Lot 1 – insufficient commercial rationale for undertaking a competitive tender exercise given the existing framework is in place. The Framework covers all requirements of this procurement, direct award allows the University to contract to the highest ranked supplier on the Framework whilst raking advantages of established T&C and time savings.
