A pipeline has been launched for NNC Refurbishment of No. 17 & No. 18 Hawthorne Close.The contract start Date is 6 March 2024. Approach to market date is 5 March 2024.North Northamptonshire Council will potentially seek to run a procurement process for the complete refurbishment of two properties in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire. Fire damage was sustained to 2no. bungalows (No.17&18) Hawthorne Close in 2022. Extensive damage was caused to the properties and they require structural/asbestos surveys and full refurbishment. The purpose of this notice is to provide information of a possible upcoming opportunity and if this procurement was to progress it is likely to commence later this year.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
