Hat-trick of land deals at SevenHomes

Regional housebuilder SevenHomes has kicked off the year with a hat-trick of land deals.The three sites, in Bromsgrove, Newport and Bridgnorth, will become home to more than 180 homes, including a percentage of affordable housing provision, public open space and areas set aside for biodiversity net gain.The largest site, in Newport, is ten acres and will act as an extension to the western settlement boundary. The site is earmarked to provide 100 family homes.A four-acre site in north Bromsgrove is set to provide 50 dwellings, including 30 per cent affordable housing, along with public open space.Plans for a four-acre part brownfield site located within the settlement boundary of Highley, Bridgnorth would feature 33 units.
