Avant unveils plans for 230 new homes in South Lanarkshire village
AVANT Homes Scotland has submitted plans for a £51 million development comprising 230 new properties in the village of Netherburn, South Lanarkshire.Called Southburn View and accessed via Annabel Road and Station Road, the proposed 17-acre site will consist of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes. It will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ house types including terraced, semi-detached and detached homes as well as townhouses.Subject to planning, work is set to commence in October with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in summer 2025.Jim Wilkinson, Avant Homes Scotland MD, said, “We are committed to providing quality new homes for everyone in popular locations where people want to live which is why we think Netherburn is an excellent place for us to build.
