Bellway to start on site in Wrexham
Housebuilder Bellway has confirmed that remediation works at its latest residential development in Wrexham will commence in spring.The 12-acre former agricultural site, located on Gatewen Road in New Broughton, will provide 112 new build homes.Bellway will deliver a range of three, four and five bedroom properties, incorporating a mix of semi-detached and detached houses. Each property will benefit from a private rear garden as well as off road parking, while some will also have a garage.The properties are part of Bellway’s Artisan Collection.The scheme will be known as Mountain View, due to the fine views of the mountains above Wrexham which can be viewed from the site.With work on site starting soon, Bellway will officially launch Mountain View in the summer, releasing for sale the first homes.Jenny Bell, sales director at Bellway, says: “It’s great to be back in Wrexham with a brand new residential development. We are due to start on site in Spring and hope to be well underway with construction in the coming months so that we can start selling from summer onwards.”It’s a well located development with mountainous views, just a short drive from the centre of Wrexham and close to major A road offering easy access across North Wales and into the North West of England.”Bellway has made significant financial contributions to the locality, including £324,095 to education and the provision of affordable housing, including one and two bedroom apartments plus three bedroom semi-detached homes, equating to 25 per cent of the development.
