Developer snaps up building in Spectrum Business Park
Clearwater Developments has snapped up a building in Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, as part of its mission to rejuvenate disused properties in the area.The company, led by Ranj Gill and Gursh Kahlon, has acquired 1b Lighthhouse View with the view of transforming it into prime commercial space.The location of the property offers strong connectivity links to the A19, with coastal views.Clearwater Developments previously purchased 1a Lighthouse View, which is a 40,000 sq ft building that was fully let in 2023.The site now includes commercial and office accommodation, suites available from 7,500 sq ft and 106 parking spaces.Ranj Gill said: “We’re excited about the acquisition of another building in Spectrum Business Park. This aligns with our commitment to rejuvenate disused buildings and contribute to the development of the local area.”
