The equipment must be capable of handling up to 7 hours of daily usage within an educational, non-industrial environment, ensuring excellent operational uptime, arc stability, ease of use, and long-term reliability.
The successful supplier will provide installation, commissioning, calibration, electrical testing, comprehensive staff training, 10-year full warranty coverage, lifetime free software/firmware updates, next working day call-out service, and in-house repair services.
