£11m secured for major student flats deal
A total of £11m has been secured from Cambridge & Counties Bank for the acquisition of a 242-room student housing scheme in Salford.Property developer Anthony Jackson, trading through Innovation Control Ltd (ICL), has snapped up Riverside House which was initially owned by ICL and a mix of other UK and international investors.The new financing has been used to buy-out all external investors and bring the asset back into the full ownership of ICL.The financing was intermediated through broker Donna Downey of Watts Commercial.The property will continue to be managed by Portergate Management.
