£12m distribution centre project on schedule
Construction of a £12m distribution centre near Bristol for DPD is on target for completion in June 2017 its developer has said.Commercial property specialist Stoford is developing the South Gloucestershire facility for the parcel delivery company. When complete it will include a distribution facility, offices and customer pick-up point. It is set to create more than 100 jobs.The steel frame and roof have been completed on the 68,792 sq ft unit at Vertex Park, Emersons Green, with contractor Midas Group leading the project.
