£13.6m Cwmbran development for Lovell
Housebuilder Lovell has revealed plans for a £13.6m development on the site of a former school in Cwmbran.The 78-home Oakfield Grange development will be built on the former site of Llantarnam Community Primary School.It will include 55 houses for open-market sale together with 23 affordable rented homes for housing association Bron Afon.Initial preparations are under way at the site, with construction work set to start later this summer. The development is scheduled for completion by the end of 2019.The school moved into a new building locally in November 2016 through the Welsh Government’s 21st Century Schools Programme.
