150-home development plus commercial space planned
Plans for a 150-home development complete with commercial space near Bristol have been submitted for consideration.Under the proposals from Bloor Homes, the 17.7-acre site near Thornbury, South Gloucester, will be developed with 97 market homes, 42 homes for social residential units and 11 intermediate units up to 2.5 storeys high.The site will also feature 12,916 sq ft of business-use space suitable for start-up businesses.South Gloucestershire Council will decide on the proposals in due course.
