£150m Northampton deal for Keepmoat
Northampton Partnership Homes has awarded Keepmoat an eight-year housing improvements contract worth £150m.Keepmoat will refurbish and modernise the organisation’s stock of council housing. There is an option to extend the contract to 10 years, subject to client discretion.Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) that manages Northampton Borough Council’s housing services. It began lift in January 2015.
