£15m Housing Investment Confirmed In Antrim
Plans are moving forward for a new housing development in Antrim town centre.The £15 million project is progressing following approval from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.This new investment will create 50 construction jobs at the former site of the Northern Regional College in Fountain Street in Antrim Town Centre.The Council has previously granted Planning Approval for 30 houses as Phase 1 of the development and Phase 2 will consist of 56 residential units, including detached; semi-detached and apartments, making Antrim Town Centre an attractive location for both families and professionals looking for a new home.
